Nature Activities at St Cross Meadows

Meadows adjacent to, St. Cross Hospital, St. Cross Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9SD

Join us to learn about how The Wildlife Trust manage this important habitat. You’ll learn about wetland plants, the insects that rely on these plants and you may even be lucky enough to see signs of otter. There will also be children’s activities in the meadows throughout the day. Just turn up anytime when we are here for the activities and information stall.

Activities - this is an outdoor event in the meadows so please wear appropriate footwear / clothing.

Please note the Hospital of St Cross is hosting their Heritage open day on Thursday 19th. It is possible to visit the hospital grounds from 1pm on Sunday afternoon but there is a charge. The tearooms do not open on Sunday until 2:30pm.
