This excellent 45 minute tour with the keeper of the school’s science archive provides visitors with a unique opportunity to view an extensive range of science items - including teaching apparatus and natural history specimens. There are historical pieces such as 18th century microscopes as well as a present day Periodic Table installation.
There are very limited numbers available on the two tours, and last year they were booked up fast. So if you love science make sure you book early to avoid disappointment! The tour is unsuitable for young children.

Tour is unsuitable for young children. Please be aware there are some uneven surfaces so sensible shoes are recommended. Please also be aware there are no public toilets available. Those who have pre-booked should register with a member of staff on arrival at the Porters' Lodge.
