A space arts incredible new venue is housed in one of Southampton’s most important historic monuments - God's House Tower. The building not only is the cornerstone of Southampton’s medieval defensive walls it is also beside the sea!
Following a £3.1 million refurbishment God’s House Tower has reopened to the public, with two new gallery spaces showing specially commissioned contemporary art and period works from prestigious collections, as well as a cafe, shop and arts and heritage library.
Join us as God's House Tower exhibitions programme manager Tony Spencer will give you an introduction to our theme for this year - GHT’s historic relationship with Southampton’s changed coastline.
