WHODs Box Office & Ticketing

If you would like Winchester HODs to manage ticketing for your event, it is essential you contact us on info@winchesterheritageopendays.org prior to completing your registration. This allows us to ensure your ticketing experience runs smoothly.

If you are managing your own event ticketing, on your registration please select the ‘Pre-booking required’ option when completing your event submission.

Where possible, we ask that tickets for pre-book events are all released at the same time for fairness to visitors. The WHODs Box Office dates will be included in our marketing materials (including the brochure) so keeping ticket releases aligned with these dates helps keep things clear and straightforward for festival attendees.

To manage your own bookings, please enter your own contact details, along with the booking opening and closing dates and times below (when selecting the dates you will need to click the clock symbol at the bottom of the calendar to edit times):

Enter 9am on Thursday 27 August 2026 under Booking Opens

Enter 3pm and the date before your event under Booking Closes

If your event is not ticketed, please select 'Pre-booking not required’ in this section.

Local Earlybird Deadline - 31st May

To guarantee a listing in the 2026 Winchester HODs brochure, registrations must be submitted by Sunday 31 May 2026.

We will include any approved registrations on the national site and may use some of the information you enter on your online registration for the brochure content.

Completing your event registration for this date will also ensure that your event is included in our full marketing plan for the festival run up. Any added after this date will receive as much publicity as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
