Matt Fletcher and Kevin Butler, of performance troupe Out There Actions, tell the true story of a curious adventure experienced by two cows at Winchester City Mill in September 1849. A ten-minute show for the whole family, performed on demand.
Matt Fletcher and Kevin Butler, of performance troupe Out There Actions, return to Winchester City Mill for the third year as part of Heritage Open Days, with a true story of a curious adventure experienced by two cows who were led down to the River Itchen one warm September day in 1849, where things did not go according to plan! The performance will utilise the unexpected exploits of these two animals to explore the power of water, and the way that humans have harnessed it at Winchester City Mill to produce flour. Each show will last approximately ten minutes, and will be performed on demand throughout the day. The performance is suitable for the whole family.
